Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility:

• Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return:
Contact us at cksocietymy@gmail.com to request a return. Approved returns must be sent to:

Lot 970 Kampung Jaya, Jalan Tengku Mohd Ma'asum, 15150 Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia.

Once accepted, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personal care items, hazardous materials.

Refunds:
After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you don’t receive your refund within 15 days, contact us at cksocietymy@gmail.com.
